Named for one of Marian's all-time favorite songs, the Porch Band was originally designed to be worn as a simple wedding band. It quickly became a best-seller, both as a wedding and a stacking ring. A delicate band of gold granulations, it is crafted in recycled 18K gold. It's available in several widths, including this one at 2.2 mm, every other bead set with a 1.25 mm diamond. A rich satin matte finish enhances this ring's beauty.

The approximate total carat weight of the diamonds is 11 points, and the stones are G color, VS clarity.

About the Artist

Marian Maurer jewelry came into being from her love of jewelry and of creating things with her hands. The inspiration of a lifetime: growing up and now living in New York City. Its layers of people, textures, colors, sounds — this is captured in her pieces. Marian Maurer jewelry stands out for being handmade by folks who truly care about who will be wearing it. There is something about a handmade piece, perhaps the little asymmetries, that is warm and inviting and personal.

All of the pieces are made in their studio in Brooklyn, New York, from recycled gold and ethically sourced gemstones. Designed and made to be worn every day - on its own, paired with a macrame bracelet your kid made for you, or alongside an over the top piece: our jewelry is at home.
